How to Onboard Partner Users (for Partners)

Partners can onboard their own users to assist in onboarding customers and managing backups. There are four types of users partners can onboard, and they are:-
- Partner Owner – Partner Owners have complete control over Zmanda Endpoint Backup. They will have all privileges and can manage users, billing, subscription, SSO, and backups.
- Partner Administrator – Partner Administrators can manage backups, users, and other configurations on Zmanda Sentinel. However, they cannot make any billing or subscription-related changes.
- Partner Finance Administrator – Partner Finance Administrators can perform all billing-related operations. They can make payments and add new payment methods on Zmanda Sentinel.
- Partner End User – Partner End-users can view their first-level backups, restore required files, and view downloads and linked devices.
