How to Configure Templates on Zmanda Sentinel (for MSPs)


Templates provide a way for Partner Owners and Partner IT Administrators to manage the backups on all the customer devices linked to Zmanda Endpoint Backup. They can select the files and folders that need to be backed up by the assigned customer.

If you are a Partner Owner or Partner Administrator, you can perform the below operation on templates to manage organization backups.

  1. Add the template
  2. Set the template as the default
  3. Delete the template
  4. Modify the template
  5. Rename the template
  6. Duplicate the template
